  17. Company Details

Quadruple Education Network Private Limited (QEN), a private limited company incepted under the Indian Companies Act 1956 is a social networking platform that provides a facility for students, professionals and academicians to connect, interact, share and participate in skill development, knowledge sharing process and to integrate industry and educational institutions. The platform is a versatile confluence of students, academicians and professionals. A student can seek help from his mentors who are registered professional or academician users of Procademia. These mentors will be willing to guide students and share their expertise.

Growing Indian economy now faces shortage of manpower and there is a big difference between actual learning and required competencies to be employable. Our Indian higher education has to provide skilled graduates with suitable value addition in order to meet the demands of the growing economy. The portal aspires to address this growing skill-gap (we can call this as a skill deficiency in our society) by connecting industry professionals with prospective students through mentoring. By this method students will get adequate exposure to industries. It will also help them groom their career in the right direction.

This Portal will facilitate the need to “connect” students to mentors, academicians to professionals and finally help colleges to interact with industries. In the present educational scenario, academic institutions need to go beyond their exams, results and grades to improve the quality of education. This portal will enable them to have a better collaborative and communicative environment for the empowerment of the next generation. QEN provides solutions for a country to progress on the skill and talent of its most important asset - its people.

Vision : To provide solutions contributing towards a knowledge Society globally.

Mission : Create a platform leveraging technology to integrate and inspire the stakeholders of the knowledge-sharing eco-system.

  18. Objectives of Procademia

Procademia aims to create a platform for professional-academician-student interactions and to provide a solution to the key issues in the educational sector. Procademia promotes two key activities; participation of industry-professionals in guest lectures and similar college interaction activities and professional’s participation in student mentoring. Many educational related portals exist, but they do not address the present day skill-scarcity effectively. The portal addresses two major areas. It identifies the gaps in our present day educational-career system and focuses on providing solutions to the real issues faced by students (lack of mentoring). A professional can play the role of friend and advisor for college students and guide them in their careers, professional options in terms of industry and level of position and on many other issues that students are not aware of. We need to educate professionals to be aware of their social responsibility of passing their wisdom to younger generations to build a better nation.
